Composite door outside system

Kit for failed Composite Door locks where release is only possible from the outside and where the door
opens into the property. Process includes fitting repair plugs to cover the machined slot.

N.B. Requires a Dremel type rotary machine.

Works on both Wood and UPVC Frames. Fire Doors with wooden frames can be re-instated to original compliance using Envirograph® Wood Filler. (A Wood filler Syringe is included in the kit.) NOTE 1: Filler is not supplied!

NOTE 2: Any repaired Fire door must be inspected and “Passed” to standard by an approved inspector.

IMPORTANT: This kit requires the use of a 12 Volt Compact reciprocating saw with a stroke of 12-16mm and nothing more. It does not work with regular Reciprocating saws which have 30mm strokes. Suggested makes are DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita and Bosch.
