Advanced composite door (Inside System) for tight reveals

The system is an upgrade for opening failed Multipoint Locks on Composite Doors. It is only for doors where the wall reveal is less than 30mm from the edge of the door.

It must be used with the Basic Kit Ref. CDIS to work correctly.

METHOD

The door is spread using the parts from the “basic kit” and a left or right hand Door and Frame protector is inserted. The protector is placed over the Hook or Bolt and a respective handed saw blade is inserted into the correct machine. This kit requires the use of a 12 Volt Compact reciprocating saw with a stroke of 12-16mm and nothing more. It does not work with regular Reciprocating saws which have 30mm strokes.

Suggested makes are DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita and Bosch.

• Left Hand Door and Frame Protector
• Right Hand Door and Frame Protector
• Left Hand Offset Blade specifically to fit in the Door and Frame Protector
• Right Hand Offset Blade specifically to fit in the Door and Frame Protector
• Left Hand “Zero” reveal Blade
• Right Hand “Zero” reveal Blade
• M4 Short Arm Allen Key
